Yoga Hatha Flow — Fridays 10am(GMT)
Join me for a rejuvenating Hatha Yoga flow every Friday at 10am. This class is perfect if you’re trying yoga for the first time or if you’re looking to deepen your existing practice. In this class, we tune into the body and connect with the breath as we move through a sequence of postures designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance. We’ll end with a deeply restorative lying-down relaxation in Shavasana. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, my intention is to help you cultivate a deeper awareness of your body, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling grounded, nourished and energised. Through practising conscious movement, breath control and embodied presence, we are bringing our nervous system back to a state of regulation and creating a felt sense of safety within our body. This massively supports the kundalini activation process and allows our life force energy to flow more. Join me on the mat and begin (or continue) your journey toward a greater sense of embodiment and inner balance. What you’ll need: Yoga mats, blocks, and straps will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and bring water if you wish. Additional information: This is a hybrid class, available to attend either in person or online, so you can choose the space that best supports your practice. This is an adult class (18+). Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours before the session are fully refundable or may be rescheduled to another session of your choice.
