How Nervous System Regulation Supports Kundalini Activation

The ability for our life force energy to flow and to deepen into Kundalini Activation journeys is closely linked to the state of our nervous system. When the parasympathetic nervous system is active, we enter a “rest and digest” state, one of safety, openness, and surrender.
