I’m Lauren, a guide and facilitator dedicated to feminine awakening, empowerment, and reclamation. I blend years of experience working with the energetic dimensions as a life-force activation facilitator, with the insights of western psychology as a psychotherapist, and the embodied wisdom of eastern philosophy through my training as a yoga teacher.
